Personal data will never be stored longer than strictly necessary and can be viewed, changed and deleted at any time. If use is made of photographs or other images on which natural persons are depicted, Kim ter Stege Academy always first requests permission from the person whose photo or image is placed. Kim ter Stege Academy is free to create a blacklist with regard to personal data of persons who have seriously shunned the trust of Kim ter Stege Academy. The black list is stored indefinitely and is only transparent for a very limited group of Kim ter Stege Academy employees. The blacklist is saved, also for future offers from Kim ter Stege Academy. In any case, blacklisted persons are included who, despite repeated requests, do not fulfill any Kim ter Stege Academy payment obligation.
